Returns or refunds accepted with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt of the product, if the product is still sealed and in resalable condition. If the product is not in resalable condition, a credit may be authorized for use on our online store. Return costs and choice of delivery service are the responsibility of the customer. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of the product, unless there is a product defect. In this case, we ask that you contact us by email at info@lesindustriesgroom.com.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be made as soon as possible via the payment method used for the transaction.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
