Groom hair beard and face

Just came in board with beard balm, oil , shower gel , shampoo, eye and face serum moustache wax .. all good .. not overwhelming with fragrance but fresh .. the wax is really great

Beard balm (conifere)

Been using the conifer scent beard balm for years. It's got a great scent and it helps style my beard when I need to. I like that it makes my skin feel good too.

Shipping problem

Was told my order was shipped Dec 6 it is now Dec 23 and haven’t received it yet. Love the product have purchased in the past from a shop. But this is taking way too long.

Our team processes orders asap, which normally means within 24 business hours. I see your order was shipped on Dec 6th with ICS and is currently showing 'in tranit' in Saskatoon as per today Dec 22nd.
I agree this shipping transit is taking way too long, however this has nothing to do with how our team has handled your order. Now that the situation is known we will do our best to solve this in the speediest of ways.
