Strikes at Canada Post: how we ship your orders

Grève chez Postes Canada : comment on envoie vos commandes

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) at Canada Post is taking job action against their employer. Below is the most up-to-date information regarding our shipping policy in this context.

Since October 14, 2025, CUPW has been conducting rotating strikes by region. These strikes affect a few localities across Canada, and only for one or two days at a time.

Because the impact on the distribution network remains minimal and Canada Post rates are generally more cost-effective, we continue to use their services.

That said, we monitor the situation daily to stay informed about regions affected by the rotating strikes.

In the event of a foreseeable and immediate impact on a significant portion of our daily deliveries, we reserve the right to use the services of other national carriers (Purolator, UPS or FedEx).

Should this occur, any additional surcharges will be covered by us.

For any special request regarding the delivery of an existing order, please contact our customer service team at info@lesindustriesgroom.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
